Customer Service Coordinator 

Obermeyer is an industry leader in technical outerwear and apparel for the ski and outdoor industry.      We are a family-owned brand driven by common philosophies; to create a win-win with our retail partners, and to design and innovate products that enable people to experience the outdoors with comfort and style.

Our Customer Service Department is looking for someone new to join their team.  The Customer Service Coordinator will take lead on all communication with consumers through various channels including phone, email, chat and social media.  

Other responsibilities include:

•  Data entry for orders and warranty claims
• Resolving shipping, returns, warranty and password issues
• Becoming an Obermeyer product expert
• Providing support and updating content for Website & VIP program
• Assisting Account Executives and Reps with special projects as needed
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers    

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience   and interest in customer service and the Ski/Outdoor industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM systems and practices is a must.
