The Town of Eagle has multiple seasonal, full-time, positions for the summer to perform a variety of routine and special activities for maintenance within the Public Works Department. Will assist with the maintenance of buildings, parks, landscaping, mowing, weed trimming and trash collection. Must be a minimum of 16 years old with a Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Hiring Range: $13.31 - $17.40 hourly depending on experience, the maximum pay range is $21.42 hourly, pay above the hiring range may be considered for applicants with extensive landscaping experience.

Schedule: This is a full-time seasonal position preferred to start Mid- April or May through August or October, scheduled for 4-6 months (start and end dates can be flexible), budgeted 40 hours weekly, 9-hour days Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm and 4 hours on Friday's 7:00 am – 11:00 am.

Requirements:
• No experience required, will train the right candidate
• Some landscape maintenance or construction experience is helpful
• Valid State Driver's License and Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety policies/procedures
• Ability to have a sense of ownership and pride in one's work
• Ability to bend, stoop, knell, walk on uneven terrain and work with arms stretched out
• Physical discomforts from changes in weather such as rain, cold, heat, or other factors such as insects, dust, dirt and odors can be expected
• Position requires lifting 25-50 lbs. frequently, 50-75 lbs. occasionally, standing, bending and
operation of landscape equipment (mower and weed trimming equipment)
