The Sales and Marketing Coordinator develops and implements marketing and Sales strategies for all divisions of the company. This position will handle distribution of rental properties on our website, online listings sites, channel partners, and  travel agents; creating regular email newsletters; managing social media pages; creating booking packages and promotions; handle group and wedding leads from start to finish; assist with property tours; obtaining sales data and online analytics: managing promotional materials; establishing and maintaining relationships with local vendors and businesses; participating in trade shows and business expos; attending chamber events, educational seminars and trainings; schedule and stage property photoshoots; assist with property onboarding on all channels; full understanding of V12 and the reporting functions; etc. Demonstrates excellent work ethic, understanding of industry trends, ability to carry out any and all companywide expectations directly in line with policy/procedures, Vision Statement and Core Values of Resort Management Group, LLC. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.  

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a high level of professionalism, leadership and management experience, and confidentiality. Must be hard-working, self-starter, creative mindset, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-pace high pressured environment. Applicant should be able to work independently and little supervision or direction. Must have demonstrated professional communication with owners, guests, employees, and community partners. Experience working with high-end luxury properties and clientele. Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management experience in the hospitality industry preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
