Customer Care Coordinator Xssentials is looking for a qualified Customer Care Coordinator to work full time assisting our Customer Care team with a wide variety of tasks. This role is an exciting opportunity in a rapidly growing technology services company. The position is best suited for a highly efficient and dynamic individual that excels in a fast-moving customer care environment. This position reports to the General Manager and will also report to internal/external staff with progress of open and closed work orders and service requests. TITLE: Customer Care Coordinator LOCATION: Aspen, Colorado Responsibilities: Be the main interface with our Client Base Scheduling Customer Care Team through ticket based online CRM Invoicing and Collections Working with purchasing team on Ordering/Tracking equipment as required for Customer Care Aggressive client outreach program Customer follow up Logistics Qualifications: Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Outstanding communication skills are required A minimum of a high school degree or GED.
