Office Manager/ Job Coordinator Office Manager/ Job Coordinator.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Restoration Management Technician. - Mitigation liaison between various insurance companies and ServiceMaster corporate office. - Manages scheduling of services using ServiceMaster software program. - Assists with staff organization; to include filing, copying, etc. - Composes and distributes correspondence; including correspondence to mortgage and insurance companies. - Screens emails, phone calls, and delegates accordingly. - Maintains functioning of office, to include but not limited to, kitchen, and shipping supplies. - Answers incoming calls in a professional manner, provides assistance as applicable, or takes messages if required. - Accounts Payable and Receivable using Quickbooks software. - Preparation of payroll data for accounting firm. - Asbestos Testing Program Management - Completes special projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements:
3 years office or similar administrative experience. - Previous Quickbooks experience preferred. - Extensive Microsoft knowledge and proficiency. - Professionalism and ability to be discreet with confidential and sensitive issues. - Strong verbal communication and organizational skills. - Strong customer service skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines. - Ability to work independently and as a team, assist with a variety of projects and be assertive as appropriate.
