Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs
Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for a Minor Site/Architectural Plan Review, Minor Subdivision for Boundary Line Adjustment, Condominiumization, and a variance request for a 3 story structure that will contain approximately 8,815 SF of office space on the ground floor and approximately 9,000 SF
(19 dwelling units) of residential on floors 2 and 3. The application includes a variance request to propose a reduction in quantities of plant materials as required by the current code.
