Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for Major Development Permit Amendment to consider a request for an extension of parking lot paving requirements for Iron Mountain Hot Springs, LLC, for property located at 281 Centennial Street in the City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
The application is submitted by Iron Mountain Hot Springs, LLC and the property is owned by the same.
The public hearing will be held on January 28, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Glenwood Springs City Hall, 101 W. 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
