SUMMIT COUNTY GOVERNMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38-26-107 CRS, Summit County, State of Colorado has established June 10, 2020 as the date of final settlement with Apex Rockfall Mitigation, LLC, located in Antioch California, general contractor for the 2020 Emergency Dam Road Mitigation, work done in Summit County Colorado.

Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the Summit County Finance Director, 208 E. Lincoln Ave., P.O. Box 68, Breckenridge, CO 80424, on or before 5:00 p.m. on the final settlement date shown above.
