NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 5-210.E. of the Eagle County Land Use Regulations, as amended, that the Eagle County Planning Commission, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, shall hold two public hearings to consider a land use application as described below. The hearings shall take place on August 5, 2020 at 3:00 PM MST and August 19, 2020 at 3:00 PM MST.

The Board of County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, will hold a hearing at a meeting on a date to be determined, at the Eagle County Main Building, 500 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado.

Type of Application: Special Use Application, ZS-9014-2020, Gypsum Creek Marijuana Cultivation

Description of Action: The applicant seeks approval to expand an existing two (2) acre marijuna outdoor cultivation operation to a forty (40) acre outdoor cultivation operation. The expanded operation would add thirty-eight (38) acres of outdoor cultivation, an 8,500 square foot Marijuna Infused Product Processing Facility, a 1,500 square foot greenhouse, two(2) 3,000 square foot barns, and thirty (30) 320 square foot shipping containers.
