THE MID VALLEY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

The Board of Directors of the Mid Valley Metropolitan District (the "District") received a Petition for Inclusion of property into the District. In accordance with C.R.S. Sec. 32-1-401(1)(b), notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors will hear the Petition for Inclusion at a public meeting to be held on July 15, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at 0031 Duroux Lane, Suite B, Basalt, CO 81621 and electronically via the Zoom platform accessible at:

All persons interested in this matter shall appear at the public hearing described above and show cause in writing why the Petition for Inclusion should not be granted. The failure of any person in the District or of any municipality or county which may be able to provide service to the real property proposed for inclusion to file a written objection shall be taken as an assent to the inclusion of the property described herein into the District.
