Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct public hearing to consider an Appeal of a Community Development Director Decision that retail marijuana establishments are a prohibited use in Glenwood Meadows based on the Glenwood Meadows Annexation and Development Agreement and Zoning and Development Plan land use table, filed with the Garfield County Clerk & Recorder's office at reception #616083.
The Appeal is filed pursuant to Municipal Code section 070.060.070(c).
The property involved in the Appeal is Lot 11B, Glenwood Meadows No. 5, A Minor Subdivision of Glenwood Meadows No. 4 Lot Line Adjustment (PIN 2185-081-41-004) and is zoned M2-Mixed Use Central Core (C/2 Glenwood Meadows Zoning & Development Plan).
The Appeal is submitted by Chris Hawkins, Alpine Planning, LLC.
The property is owned by Glenwood Meadows, LLC.
The public hearing will be held remotely on August 13, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
