NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for a special use permit for a retail marijuana establishment without any cultivation regarding the following legally described property:

LOT 11B, GLENWOOD MEADOWS NO. 5, A MINOR RESUBDIVISION OF GLENWOOD MEADOWS NO. 4 LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT, COUNTY OF GARFIELD, STATE OF COLORADO ("Property").

The Property is located in the M2- Mixed Use Central Core Zone District that allows for retail marijuana establishments subject to special use permit approval. The Property contains 0.406 acres and is currently owned by Glenwood Meadows, LLC/Durene Management, Inc. The application is submitted by Alpine Planning, LLC.

The public hearing will be held by the Glenwood Springs Planning Commission on October 27, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing will be conducted as an electronic meeting per the following instructions:
