PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the following applications: an annexation of an enclave (area completely surrounded by the City municipal boundary), rezoning (initial City zoning) to Residential High-Density (RH) and Rural Residential (RR), and an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map from Low Density Residential and Hillside Preservation to Multi-family Residential. The size of the properties total approximately 0.907 acres (39,487 square feet). The subject properties are located along Airport Road (County Road 116) in Section 27, Township 6 South, Range 89, West of the 6th Principal Meridian. The site is southeast of the Jehovah Witness Church, northwest of the Silver Sage PUD, and south of the Cardiff Glen PUD. The properties are owned by Mark Iddings and the Glenwood Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses. The application is being submitted by James Mason, Attorney in Fact, for Mark Iddings and the City of Glenwood Springs. The public hearing will be held on January 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Glenwood Springs City Hall, 101 w. 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
