SUMMIT COUNTY GOVERNMENT PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38-26-107 CRS, Summit County, State of Colorado, has established December 1, 2017 as the date of final settlement with Watts Up LED, LLC general contractor for the county lighting upgrades to the Summit County Government Office Buildings along with the Medical Office Building situated in Summit County, Colorado. Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by Marty Ferris, Summit County Finance Director, 208 E.
