All Mountain Technologies (AMT) is the leading Managed Service IT Provider in the Vail area, working with small to mid-sized businesses to manage and support their IT needs since 2003. We are located in Edwards, CO and focus our business in the Vail Valley and surrounding counties. We work with a diverse group of clients and industries including, private, government, education, non-profit, and healthcare. As a Managed Service Provider, AMT is required to have a wide range of expertise and skills for our client's IT demands. We must be able to handle everything from the simplest support ticket, to designing, procuring, implementing, and supporting their IT infrastructure and end users. Technical Account Manager Job Summary

Technical Account Managers are responsible for managing all the technical aspects of a company's relationship with its clients. Their job description involves performing and overseeing the daily technical work that the client requires. From reactive support tickets, to proactive maintenance on systems. Technical Account Managers must have general knowledge of all sides of the IT needs in a small to medium sized business environment, to be successful.

While providing top-quality technical service, Technical Account Managers assist in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. They play an integral role in getting new clients, projects, and winning sales. They analyze prospects' technical and business requirements, as well as developing solutions that meet those needs.


Technical Account Manager Job Responsibilities

-Act as IT Manager for the client, providing mostlyhands-on technical support, both reactive, proactive, and ongoing maintenance.
-Maintain strict documentation standards surrounding hardware and software inventory, network diagrams, client specific systems, integration, SOP's, etc.
-Work with client and sales to develop budgets and project plans for upgrades as well as proactive refreshes and system changes
-Employ project manager and engineering skills to put together project execution work plans that would minimize disruption for clients
-Responsible for managing ongoing support to clients to confirm the effective use of the company's tools
-Monitor support requests made by clients to identify any recurring issues and recommend
changes to products or processes.
-Conduct regular onsite visits, both proactive and reactive to ensure customer relationship success
-Hold regular review meetings with customers for discussions on any problems and issues and report to other members of the account team
-Identify opportunities to modify or upgrade products to meet customer's needs.

Knowledge and Skills (preferred, not required)

-3+ years' experience in a technical role for a business environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-Possess all around knowledge and skill set in each individual IT focus (Firewalls, Servers, PC's, Networking, AD, Backups, etc.)
-Strong technical skills with knowledge of DNS, email systems, networking, Quality of Service, VOIP Phones, firewall rules, wireless,
-Must be able to efficiently perform remote and onsite technical work
-Incredible troubleshooting skills to correctly identify root issue of a problem and provide lasting solution
-Attention to detail
-Excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to work well with others as a team
-Strong personal ethical and moral standards
-Communication is essential in our work environment, both internal and to client
-Strong ability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines are always met
-Strong problem solving skills in order to create lasting resolutions and efficiencies
-Self-starter with ability to manage time and workload


Pay Range - $50 - $70K Annual Salary (Depending-On-Experience) - Paid Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Cell Phone Reimbursement, Bonus Potential, Company Sponsored Retirement Plan, and other benefits.

Must have dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of vehicle insurance. Local travel and field services are required and a frequent requirement for job success.
