RE: ADMINISTRATIVE DETERMINATION
APPEAL (Maximum allowable depth for an elevator piston shaft in a single-family structure)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020, to begin at 10:00am. before the Administrative Hearing Officer, City Council Chambers, City Hall, 130 S. Galena St., Aspen, to consider an appeal of an Administrative Decision issued by the Community Development Director, submitted by Aspen Core Holdings, LLC ("The Applicant"), represented by Sara Adams of BendonAdams, LLC. The determination being appealed found that the proposed depth of an elevator piston shaft at a property legally described as the City and Townsite of Aspen, Block 70, Lots H, I and the East 5 Feet of Lot G, 135 E. Cooper Avenue, is subject to a current regulation in the Land Use Code regarding maximum depth for single-family and duplex structures.
