Project: 2020 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Rehabilitation Project

All firms are invited to submit a sealed Bid to the Owner for sewer main and manhole inspection, and spot repairs, and pipe slip-lining in Breckenridge, Colorado. The Owner will receive Bids until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the District's office. Bids will be publicly opened and tabulated at that time for the following project: 2020 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Rehabilitation Project.

Description: cleaning, debris disposal, video inspection, and point repairs through inspection of 25,000 (+/-) lineal feet of sewer main line, and a 1000 feet of sanitary sewer service line, inspection of 121 (+/-) sewer manholes, CIPP lining 900 lineal feet of sewer main and 500 lineal feet of sanitary sewer service lines, surveying and traffic control.

The Owner requires the Project to be completed by August 31, 2020.

Bidding Documents for a Unit Price contract may be obtained digitally at no cost from the Engineer. Upon request, paper copies will be printed and made available at the office of the Engineer upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, by certified check or bank money order, in the amount of $100.00 for one set.

Documents can be obtained by all Bidders and will be available at the office of the Engineer after Friday, February 21, 2020. The Bid Documents may be viewed at the office of the Owner.

A mandatory pre-Bid meeting will be held at the office of the Owner at 10:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at the District's office.

Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check, a bank money order or a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the maximum Bid Price.

Refer to other bidding requirements described in Section 00200 (Instructions to Bidders) of the Project Manual.

Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided.

Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
