NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
TOWN OF EAGLE, COLORADO

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Eagle Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 and the Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. This notice is given pursuant to Section 4.03.060 of the Town of Eagle Land Use and Development Code. The
purpose of the hearings is to take public testimony and take action on the following application:

PROJECT: 446 Washington Street
FILE NUMBER: V20-01
APPLICANT: Tracie Schumacher
REQUEST: Zoning Variance to reduce the setback along 5th St. from 25' to 2.5'.
LOCATION: 446 Washington Street

Both hearings shall be held at the Eagle Town Hall, 200 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado 81631.
