THIS IS TO ADVISE you that Action No. 2020CV30027 was commenced in the Grand County District Court which action requested, among other things, the foreclosure of a Deed of Trust. On September 12, 2020, a Judgment & Decree of Foreclosure was entered by said Court Ordering the sale of the following described property situate in the County of Grand and State of Colorado:

thence South 01º38' West a distance of 118.50 feet to the North line of Lot 10, Block 1,

thence South 89º50' East a distance of 169.20 feet to the Point of Beginning;
