NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PROPOSED UPDATED 2021
BUDGET
LAKE DILLON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

In accordance with state law, a proposed budget previously was submitted to the Board of Directors of the Lake Dillon Fire Protection District for the year 2021. The proposed 2021 budget has been updated, and a copy of the proposed updated 2021 budget ("2021 Budget") has been filed in the District's Administrative Office, located at 0035 County Shops Road, Frisco, CO 80443, and is available for public inspection. Due to the health risk created by the presence of COVID-19 in Summit County and the District, and to maintain adequate social distancing to protect the health, safety, and welfare of District personnel and the public, the District's Administrative Office has limited access to the public. Any individual interested in viewing a copy of the 2021 Budget should contact Finance Manager Mary Hartley at Email Me; 970-262-5100.

A public hearing on the 2021 Budget will be held during the Board of Directors' meeting at 9:00 a.m. on December 7, 2020. The meeting will be held electronically. Electronic meeting attendance information will be made available to the public in advance. Final information regarding attendance and public comment procedures will be included on the District's meeting notice and agenda, and posted on the District's website at https://summitfire.org/AgendaCenter/Lake-Dillon-Fire-Protection-District-4 at least 24 hours in advance of the public meeting. The public hearing may be continued to a subsequent meeting(s).

Interested electors of the District may file or register any objections the 2021 Budget at any time prior to the final adoption of the 2021 Budget at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on the date stated above or the date of any continued public hearing.
