Notice is hereby given that the Cimarron Property Owners Association, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the "Association") has proposed a First Amendment to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements of Cimarron recorded June 4, 1998 at Reception Number 658509 in the Eagle County, Colorado real property records, as supplemented (the "Amendment").
The Amendment, if approved, would restrict the short-term rental of a Residential Unit as defined in the Amendment. All Mortgagees of any Residential Unit(s) within the Association are hereby put on notice that they may consent or deny their consent to the Amendment within sixty (60) days after the date of this Notice as set forth below. A Mortgagee that does not deliver a negative response within sixty (60) days after the date of this Notice shall be deemed to have approved the Amendment.
