approved by the Director of Community Development of the Town of Breckenridge, to wit:

A vested property right has been created pursuant to Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S., with respect to the
approved plan in accordance with law. The summary descriptions of the approved development permits set forth in this Notice are not intended to be complete or comprehensive. Interested parties should obtain and review the full text of the approved development permits to ascertain the complete substance of the approved permit. Copies of the approved development permits are available for inspection and copying at the Town of Breckenridge Department of Community Development, 150 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge, Colorado, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
