Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a Variance from Article 070.040.110(g)(4)a4 and 070.040.110(i)(3) to allow the installation of two signs in the RM-1 Residential Medium Density zoning district that exceed the maximum 10 square foot sign area allowed and to illuminate one of the two signs.

The property is St. Stephen's School which is addressed as 414 S. Hyland Park Drive, Glenwood Springs, Colorado and is legally described as a tract in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 16, Township 6, Range 89 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado (PIN#2185-161-00-074).

The application is submitted by DM Neuman Construction and the property is owned by the Archdiocese of Denver-St. Stephen Parish.

The public hearing will be held remotely on May 25, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
