Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a Major Site Architectural Plan, Special Use Permit, and variance for the construction of a 36 unit multifamily apartment building. The Special Use Permit request is to allow a building height which exceeds 40 feet but is not greater than 60 feet in the Mixed-Use Central Core (M2) zoning district. The variance request is to exceed the maximum building length allowed by the Glenwood Meadows Annexation and Development Agreement and Zoning and Development Plan. The application includes an Administratively reviewed parking alternative request per Municipal Code Section 070.040.060(e).

The property is located in Glenwood Meadows and is addressed as 405 E Meadows Drive (PIN#218508138008) and is described as Lot 8, Glenwood Meadows No. 2. The property is zoned M2-Mixed Use Central Core. The application is submitted by Stoneleigh Companies LLC, and the property is owned by Weingarten Miller Glenwood, LLC.
