NOTICE OF PURCHASE OF TAX LIEN AND OF APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER'S DEED TAX LIEN SALE #2009-0322 To Every Person in Actual Possession or Occupancy of the hereinafter Described Land, Lot or Premises, and to the Person in Whose Name the same was Taxed or Specially Assessed, and to all Persons having an Interest or Title of Record in or to the said Premises and To Whom It May Concern, and more especially to GRAND ELK LLC; GRAND ELK OWNERS ASSOCIATION; KARA BALENSIEFEN; LINKE CATTLE RANCH LLC AND FRANKLIN E WITHROW III, You and each of you are hereby notified that on November 5, 2009 the then County Treasurer of the County of Grand, in the State of Colorado, sold at public tax lien sale to FRANKLIN E WITHROW III the taxes and/or special assessment on the following described real estate situate in the County of Grand, State of Colorado, to wit: TRACT S, VILLAGE AT HORSESHOE CREEK, GRAND ELK RANCH & CLUB, SEC 6, T1N R76W, DESC AT REC #2002-005917 and said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase therefore to FRANKLIN E WITHROW III. That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes and/or special assessments assessed against said real estate for the year 2008; That said real estate was taxed or specially assessed in the name of GRAND ELK LLC, for said year 2008; That a Treasurer's Deed will be issued for said real estate to the said FRANKLIN E WITHROW III at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on January 20, 2020, unless the same has been redeemed. Said property may be redeemed from said sale at any time prior to the actual execution of said Treasurer's Deed.
