TOWN OF DILLON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wednesday, September 4, 2019 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will conduct a public hearing for a Landscape Plan associated with a previously approved Level III Development Application for 14 Ensign Drive, more specifically Lot 1, Block 5, Corinthian Hill Subdivision, Town of Dillon, County of Summit, Colorado. A condition of approval of the Application requires a Landscaping Plan review in a Public Hearing. The Public Hearing shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting, 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the Landscape Plan associated with the previously approved Level III Development Application. Information may be obtained by contacting the Town of Dillon Planning Department and the Town of Dillon website at www.townofdillon.com. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on September 4, 2019.
